Aceto Millan
This is a balsamic that is no less than one year of aging in French and American oak barrels. It is made of concentrated mosto of white grapes and white wine vinegar from Ugni Blanc variety. After the aging, it is cooked on slow fire in a special flame cooker. This way we obtain a product that is thick and creamy with balanced taste, without dyes or preservatives.
